BREAKFAST was excellent with Good Range of selection to choose from ROOM was also excellent as we were provided with an upgrade on checking in at reception ( a real "bonus") LOCATION of hotel was great for SM Shopping Centre , only a 2 minute walk away TAXI booked on departure was excellent with porter not only booking the taxi for us but providing us with a docket noting the details / confirmation of the taxi booked etc !!

Grand hotel lobby makes a good first impression. Spacious, clean and updated room, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. Amazing buffet breakfast if you like a huge variety of food. Direct access to the SM City Cebu Mall.

Discovering we’d been upgraded to a Luxury Suite from a Junior Suite. Which was much more comfortable and spacious. The food and drinks which are always excellent, including breakfast. The helpful and friendly staff. Fact it’s so close to SM Mall by walking across the road, which is covered incase of rain.
