Our stay at Primeway Suites was enjoyable. The room was very nice and spacious, including the toilet. Everything was clean, and housekeeping made sure to tidy the room daily. The location was great—just a 5-minute walk to nearby restaurants. Right outside the building, there were coffee shops and food stalls, and a pharmacy was conveniently located just across the road.

Location is excellent with plenty of restaurants and cafes in the plaza. It's also a very walkable 400m to the Mango square area. The Osmeña Circle and the malls is only 100m away. The bathroom is spacious with a a walk in shower. The glass partition only covered half the shower though, so a bit of splash does get onto the floor. There's a rubber mat to help with that. The shower had excellent water pressure and getting hot water was no problem. The room was spacious with a safe, clothes rack, a desk and chair to work on. The AC worked well and cooled the room in good time. The bed was very comfortable, I got 3 nights of fantastic nights sleep. The staff are exemplary in their helpfulness and courtesy even by the high standards of the Philippines. The lobby has a lounge feel with lots of couches to sit on and breaks tables with power points to work on.
