Staff staff staff we're all good compared the hotel staff we went too the day before. Disk lady wqs so very accomodating she is good at her job not only that i can say She love her Job well done, other staff also we're smileing good to everyone. Only problem was the toilet does not plush we did not bother asking just buy bucket for us to use haha! which is working fine. Food is good match has vinegar, onion side dish for oily food. Unsure if water is really a big problem in the City we stayed @ club ultima the day before water is also off on the specific time we did not see the letter earlier stating the problem about hot water but all water shower,sink, toilet cant be use haha my daughter while on shower at ultima has shampoo all over her head lucky we bought big mineral water to rinse it off lol. Go Back to the hotel food is also acceptable good when we open the hotwl door we can smell scents that is a good approach on the first time we open the door. Thanks Staff.

Rooms were tidy and spacious, clerks were really helpful and they organized us a tour of an island with less than 24 h of time to do it.
