The view of the balloons is absolutely amazing. The hotel doesn’t promote its terrace and balloon view enough! There is one terrace on the room level – but that one is not great, the balloons are hardly visible there, much worse than from other hotels in Goreme. However, on the rooftop there is another terrace, a bit neglected and run-down (during the day stray dogs and cats often sleep there). Still, the view from this terrace is fantastic. You get a 180-degree panoramic view of the balloons – to the left, to the right, in front of you, and even above you. Truly spectacular. In my opinion, it’s an even better viewpoint than many hotels in the center of Goreme. The hotel is very cheap for Cappadocia standards, so overall I would recommend it, especially if you plan to stay more than 2–3 days and don’t want to spend a fortune on hotels in the center of Goreme.

The facilities were excellent, and everything we needed was well taken care of. The view was amazing — we could see the rising hot air balloons and the sunset from the balcony. The breakfast was delicious, and the atmosphere felt as comfortable as home.

The staff were attentive and friendly. They went above and beyond catering to my mother who is celiac, and arranging breakfast for us prior to departure despite being before breakfast time. The caves suites are incredible and cool in heat and hot in the cold. I would book again in a heartbeat
