location - excellent room - perfectly clean but sheet only no summer duvet bathroom - lovely view from bathroom window breakfast - average ( we prefer more healthy breakfast option) - got a different menu for guest and non guest which was confusing.

Clean and well-presented with comfy beds and in a great location for all the marina action. Checkin instructions were straightforward and we took advantage of the transfer to/from the airport which worked well.
