I’d like to share some positive feedback about Alla, who works at the bar. She was absolutely fantastic throughout our stay, always friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She has a wonderful way of making guests feel comfortable and valued, and her service really stood out. Alla went above and beyond, taking the time to make sure everything was perfect, and she always greeted us with a smile. Her professionalism combined with her warm personality made a real difference to our experience. She is a real credit to the hotel, and I wanted to say thank you for the excellent service she provided.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. The room was a bit small, but it had an amazing balcony with both sea and pool views. A pleasant surprise was the pool policy guests are not allowed to reserve loungers with towels before 9am, and unattended towels are removed. This is great, but it would be even better if they applied the same rule around lunchtime as well.

The location was fab, staff were very friendly entertainment was mainly suited to English speaking crowd, I am Irish and so this included us and whilst I enjoyed the entertainment, we were lucky to witness a sing song from a group of Croatian people on 3rd night which was absolutely amazing and made the stay would recommend having something like that regularly if possible the passion in their singing was beautiful.
