Villa exceeded all our expectations! If you’re looking for a private comfortable stay, this is exactly what you need. We spent 6 unforgettable days here with our large family. 1. Pool: clean and proper size to swim for adults and kids. 2. Outside area is very lovely, there is a barbecue area, dining set, swings and a trampoline for kids. 3. Villa itself includes everything we needed and even more! 4. Niksa is a super friendly host, who is always online and ready to help you any time. Thank you, Niksa, for the wonderful dinner we had, and for everything you did for us! And you’re always welcome to the Netherlands:) 5. Location: close to the airport. Our son, a big fan of the planes, was watching the landings and takeoffs from the terrace every day. Close to Dubrovnik (20-25 min by car). Close to Montenegro. Several good restaurants are nearby. Bakery is in just 5 min drive.

Spacious modern villa , comfortable beds , bathroom with rain shower , the kitchen had everything that we needed , we enjoyed relaxing in swimming pool & having a drink on the spacious terrace , Niksa the host is a friendly guy who cooked a meal for us one evening , there was water, beer 🍺 & wine 🍷 in the fridge for our arrival , I have visited Dubrovnik on several holidays & this was the best accommodation , we will return again on our next visit to Dubrovnik

Fantastic property - out of the way but not too far - great view. Nikša is a great great host - pool & outside area cleaned early each morning👍 Nikša cooked a fantastic meal on one of our evenings ❤️ I wouldn’t let the airport put you off not an issue

The location is perfect if you'd like to spend quality time with your family or friends. The pool is fantastic. Just the right size and temperature. Facilities at the property are perfect. And if there is anything you'd miss the owner will be more than happy to accommodate your wish. The reviews did not lie. It was a 5* holiday.
