We moved from agonda to Novotel coz my baby was unwell. The staff took great care of her food and overall comfort! I’ve stayed at this property a couple of times and ive always been happy

Rooms were very small in size ….. as compare to Room tarrif …… There was no upgrade to bigger size room was available… we were told our was largest one only …. Rest every thing was good food , service , pool , beach view … all good

Loved the entire location and the way each section has different clusters with flower names.. makes it easy to distinguish and locate the rooms. Huge property ..it’s serene and gives a calming feeling and loved to be surrounded by trees and lots of plants. Staff were polite and helpful. 3 cheers to housekeeping as they kept our rooms so clean n neat. Austin and his colleague did a good job. Timely fumigation done helped maintain a healthy environment. Overall our stay was a peaceful and beautiful.
