A Truly Exemplary Stay at IHG Holiday Inn The most memorable aspect of our stay was, without a doubt, the exceptional level of service from the wonderfully courteous staff and World-Class Services. The staff set a new standard for hospitality. They were Unfailingly Polite, Highly Attentive, Genuinely Warm The property itself is a haven for relaxation and comfort: Serene Ambience: Lush, beautiful landscapes and peaceful views from the room provided a perfect escape. Impeccable Hygiene: The washrooms were spotless, reflecting a strong commitment to cleanliness. Thoughtfully Designed Rooms: While elegantly simple in design, the rooms were fully equipped with all essential amenities and featured clean, clear drapes that enhanced the beautiful views. Dining was a highlight, thanks to three superb restaurants: Variety of Venues: Enjoyed distinct experiences at Zest, Sundowner, and Fig and olive. Professional Staff: The restaurant teams were impeccably dressed, well-trained, and gracefully accommodated special requests. Global Cuisines: Each restaurant offered a diverse menu, satisfying all our culinary cravings with ease. Location is excellent! The food at the restaurant by the beach was excellent as well! Staff at the restaurant and service was great. breakfast options were plenty and tasty! Authentic Masala chai and indori poha gave a good break from the continental breakfast options we had at other hotels! The entire property is well maintained!

Resort has everything needed for family entertainment and very much kids friendly with play area and the kids activities center. Beach was clean and lovely with resort's beach shack playing music making us feel the vibe of goa.. There was live music during all meals, breakfast, lunch & dinner.. having breakfast listening to the relaxing live saxophone played by the guy was amazing.

The location, open space, private access and the beach are all excellent. The lobby area is unique, an area to relax and unwind with a lovely breeze flowing during the morning and late evening. The food/drink huts serve very a variety of options and are strategically placed to serve the swimming pool and the beach. The beach runs in both directions for miles and provides an opportunity to take a casual stroll. The hotel and staff really do go out of their way to accommodate guests and their requests. We would recommend this hotel to all wanting a relaxing family holiday.
