We love it here and so this was our second visit. The hosts are very welcoming and the property is as nice as the pictures show. There's a delicious restaurant nearby. It's worth staying here while hiking the Rota Vicentina, even if it's not the prettiest of villages and the accommodation more expensive than average. Casa da Courela is just sooo peaceful.

Alice and Jose Manuel were very welcoming and authentic. It was a pleasure to know them and for sure we will return. Casa da Courela is one of our top 5 places to stay in Costa Vicentina (and we know a few). The place is very well decorated, clean and very comfortable. After a long trail walk, it is the perfect place to relax. The breakfast is made with premium ingredients and with excellent presentation. It's highly recommended... but don't tell anyone 😉.
