Properly was very spacious for 5 of us and 3 dogs with all the equipment we needed. Perfect quiet location but very close to beach (we went to winterton), national trust and the broads. Loved the hot tub to relax after our day out. Gardens were very looked after and when we did see staff they were very friendly and helpful.
