Michelle was an excellent host and helped us out when I locked us out of our room! Even though the weather was indifferent, the view from the deck was magnificent. Would have made more use of it if it hadn't been raining.

There is an elevator, very handy for luggage. Great view, very clean, spacious, comfortable bed and pillows. Great friendly service, accommodated us arriving at midnight as our flight was delayed. Air-conditioning was a life saver. Balcony with great view of the beach. Everything within walking distance. Would definitely book again.

We sincerely recommend this place to anyone visiting Catanzaro. It’s clean, cozy, and we had a room with a stunning sea view. The train station is just a 10-minute walk away, and the seafront is right across the road. The host is wonderful and very friendly. We especially appreciated having access to a kitchen we could use freely. Everything was perfect!

Very clean. Very modern inside. Shared kitchen facilities useful. Michelle, the host, was very friendly and very helpful, serving us with a good continental breakfast each morning. Within close proximity to the beach which stretches for 100’s meters up the coast. Lido’s dotted along the promenade where you can hire beach beds and umbrellas, or just use the public areas.
