The kitchen should be used only to prepare the breakfast, for the personal use there is an extra charge of €10.00 per day. In the LOFT family room there is a kitchenette whose daily cost is an extra euro 10.00 per day. Both are complete with all kitchen accessories.
Air-conditioning is available upon request at the extra cost of 10.00 €/day to be paid at the property.

I found that Massimo had my mind at ease as I arrived by train, not knowing how I was going to get there and he made it very easy for me to find .He's a great host with the most. There's everything you need right next to the B@B and you can either get a bus from out the front or just take a half hr walk to the centre. The Biodiversity park is two minutes walk away it's open early and closes at midnight..a whole day can be spent in that beautiful place. Anytime I'm in Catanzaro, I would definitely get this room again.
