The apt is bright & extremely clean. Excellent location and very secure building. Upstairs bed in particular is SUPER comfortable. Nice little kitchen area that we used to cook eggs in the morning. Host Luca was very responsive and accommodating to a slightly earlier check-in - that was much appreciated. Important to note there are stairs to climb to get to the apts - was not an issue for us but may be for some so it’s just good info to be aware of.

No staff, but Luca was quick to respond on WhatsApp, and sent all checkin info (incl walkthrough video) via chat. Place was very clean👍, building had lots of character, v quiet except for neighbor noise (minimal). Located off the main tourist drag (great local shops nearby) but close enough for maximum convenience. Location as pictured, entry door into a living room, kitchenette on the side, stairs up to an open loft bedroom. **RECOMMENDED**

Absolutely delightful. Perfect location, in the very centre of marvellous Catania. Within a charming hisyorical building, the apartment ia newly restored and equipped with all the needed facilities, very comfortable bed and sofa bed, new and clean bathroom and kitchenette, stylish decorations, and absolutely quiet. Most of everything else, the property manager has been extremely kind and helpful in accommodating our requests, from late self-check in to the temporary storage of suitcases. The price is more than honest. Absolute value for money

We are extremely happy with our visit to this place. First of all, the location is wonderful - meters from the main pedestrian street. We were two friendly families and it was great that we had a common corridor - on one side we used an apartment, and on the other - a studio. The rooms are spotlessly clean. There were croissants left for the children, coffee capsules. The kitchens have everything you need - hotplates, microwave, coffee machine, dishes. The bathroom is clean and has the necessary things, including a hairdryer. TV and internet are also available. The host was available constantly and sent detailed instructions after we specified that we would check in on our own. I have no complaints.
