Great location, an elevator which is hard to come by in Catania! Staff arranged a flawless airport transfer for us for 4am. Room was clean, beds were comfortable. Staff in reception to welcome you. Air con. Great.

Loved the location, elevator, size of the room , balcony, view, smart tv, great shower, comfy bed, transfer that was organised by staff and the exceptional customer service provided :) a big thank you also to Alessandra who looked after us & even organised to get my daughters phone back when she left it in the transfer, she is genuinely a beautiful person with exception customer service skills.
