Everything was fine the personal was nice and kind everywhere was clean and the most important thing there was person in the reception always even in the night. They're always a person who answer to your question and help you. And the location is very nice because there was around to the park. I glad that I choose this place

The hostel is very central, close to the Duomo, the train station and a fee minutes away from the Alibus terminal. There is 24 hours reception, you have your own keys to get in and out. Linen are included, towel is not included. There are lockers in the room, but you have to bring your own lock. Plenty of plugs in the room. This time I was in a room on the upper floor, facing a balcony on the courtyard, that was fine, the only issue was to get to the toilet/bathroom, that means going out on the balcony and then back inside the building. Not a big deal for me anyway. There were 3 bathroom on the floor, I never had to wait.
