Great location of the apartment: close to the city center as well as the bus and train stations. The host was polite and friendly.

First of all how good organised that was. For unexpected reasons we book appartment and arrived within 2 hours ( we changed hotels) and that was really short notice to get ready also that was late evening. When we reached Marcus was organised everything already apartment was waiting for us ( unlocked, instructions, phone number if we need anything). Even more Marcus contacted with me twice to ensure we are happy. At late night I just noticed nice street view and restaurant next to us so we get takeaway. Next morning 2 very cheerful ladies from room service showed way to supermarket. I am not speaking Italian so one of them literally went with me around the corner and ensure i can see Lidl signs just 100 meters away . Good organisation of business, very kind owner Marcus , fantastic housekeepers. And good price overall 👌.

The location and cleanliness of the apartment were both excellent. The rooms were spacious and tidy, and the highlight was definitely the large balcony. A day before our trip, one more friend joined us to stay, and the host was very helpful and accommodating in this situation – I am truly grateful for that. Marco was extremely helpful, always easy to reach by phone, answered all our questions, and provided us with plenty of useful recommendations. The location was perfect, within walking distance to everything.
