The location was perfect, just a few minutes away from the city center by foot. The room was very comfortable, clean, and nicely furnished. There was a minor problem with our room just before we arrive -- which was beyond the control of the owner. The immediate and with no fuss got us a replacement room in the same building for the first night, fixed the problem and then helped us move to the correct room the next morning. The breakfast was very tasty with different (local) options each morning. The breakfast staff were very helpful, friendly, and attentive. The had good tips for things to do and see in and around town. The room was very clean, and was kept that way daily by the staff. I cant say enough good things about the staff!

Very well located and practical. Our host Luciano was amazing, he was always available, recommended great places to us, took good care of us and was kind enough to ask our preferences for breakfast and brought us the best breakfast you can imagine on the 1st of January. Thanks you Luciano, will repeat!

The apartment is amazing, it is spacious and well maintained. It has a very interesting interior. The location is very good, next to a bus station amd very near the Duomo. I highly recommend it.

Good location. Piazza Duomo, fih market and old city are within 15 min though it needs a short bus ride from train station. Very spacious. The coordinator / owner is very responsive.
