The location (a quiet, safe residential area well connected to the historic center), the size and amenities of the apartment (3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen), the view of Mount Etna from the balcony, and the contact with the host (the possibility of leaving luggage and staying in the apartment longer). I highly recommend the stay; we felt not like we were in a rented apartment, but like we were at home.

Spacious and cozy apartments with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Check-in was easy and we received instructions. The owner was available at all times and provided a wealth of useful information. It's very convenient to have paid underground parking in the building. Street parking is difficult in Catania. Recommended.

Nice, spacious, clean apartment, centrally located, close to the best cake and gelato place. Good amenities. Responsive host. We really enjoyed our stay.
