Nice, clean, small room, extraordinary friendly host. Had everything we needed for a night by the airport. Price was acceptable with 69€ for the night, not really a steal but also not too expensive for what it is.

The location is only a 15-minute walk from the airport, which was very convenient for us, as our flight was leaving at 6:30 in the morning, so we didn't have to pay for a taxi and could sleep a little longer. The room and shared bathroom were very clean. There is a pizzeria called The Simpsons nearby, where you can grab a bite to eat before going to bed, and there is also a panini shop. If you have a car, there is a free parking in the street.

Together with my wife, my sister-in-law, my brother-in-law and my nephew, we were guests of the house between August 31 and September 2, 2025. We made the reservation on Booking in June 2025, paying for it about 5 days in advance. We were all very happy with the conditions offered. Jolanda, the owner of the house, a very kind person who speaks (and writes) English very well, contacted us the day before arrival, giving us all the details we needed upon arrival. The location is very close to Catania airport, being located about a 5-minute walk from the airport. Jolanda waited for us upon arrival and introduced us to the house and answered all our questions. The rooms (2) were large, according to our expectations and were located on the first floor. Both rooms were equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen, on the ground floor, is also very large, the house also being equipped with a beautiful terrace located in front of the house (and where we all had lunch on the day of departure). Another thing we really liked is that near the location there is an excellent Italian-style pastry shop/café/trattoria, ''Caffé Parisi'', where we could eat various Italian specialties and drink great local coffee.
