Nice overnight stay small room ,but everything needed was there ,liked a few free snacks and drinks and a few teas to choose from ,only thing ,i didn't like was the polyester donna ,they just feel a bit clammy to me, turned the heating right down and it was better . Nice host and the garden looked great. although i didn't get to enjoy it !!

Very Friendly and Helpful Staff, who were easy to contact via mobile. Lots of extra snacks provided. Allowed EV charging. Fabulous and Private well maintained Garden Facilities. 5-10 min Drive from Downtown Batesman's Bay Centre. Homely atmosphere. Very quiet Suburban location. More like a Homestay / BnB than a Hotel. Fridge, Microwave, Kettle. Excellent WIFI + WIFI TV with multiple Programme Apps. Comfy Large Lounge Chair. Private Shower /. Mirror Cabinet for personal items, make-up etc. Own AIRCON with Remote. Clean towels regularly provided. Personal toiletry provided. Insect screen doorway. Pleasant decor and Wall Art. Rack for Clothing and shoes. Indoor slippers provided. Curtains for Privacy and Sunblock. Extra plugs for charging gadgets. Cutlery, Ceramic bowl, plate, mug, Wine glass provided. Storage cabinet. Bright and Sunny, Outdoor Patio with Table & Chairs. Very small 12m2. Very much IBIS style. I liked it. The owners were very nice. I was left alone. They did offer to let me charge my EV They had provided some snacks and a noodle bowl….which could get you through to breakfast elsewhere
