I had a really enjoyable stay at The Moon Boutique Hotel in Cát Bà. The staff were consistently warm, helpful, and always ready to assist with any request, which made the experience smooth and welcoming. The hotel’s location is right in the centre of town, so getting to restaurants, shops, and transport was incredibly convenient. The room was cute and comfortable, with thoughtful touches that made it feel cosy. I also loved the rooftop lounge – a great spot to relax and take in the atmosphere of Cát Bà after a day of exploring. Breakfast each morning was nice and provided a good start to the day. Overall, this hotel made my trip even more enjoyable, and I would happily stay here again.

We booked very last minute as the hotel our group tour had arranged was unsuitable, and I’m so glad that we did. Perfectly working AC, comfortable beds with clean sheets and soft pillows, beautiful decoration in room, fruit plate on arrival, bathrobes, beautiful bathroom, and a delicious breakfast included. We are vegan and they made fried rice without egg for us, which was great. Our 1-night stay here was perfect, would recommend 100%.

The breakfast was lovely, not a buffet but a great choice, really well presented. Juice, coffee, fruit and yogurt and then your main choice. All served with a smile and care. The hotel is small but great value for money and in a great spot. We were on the 11th floor which was the top floor sharing the roof top with an outdoor sitting area with a great view. The ladies at reception booked our boat trip with Cat Ba Adventures and organised scooters for us. Nothing was too much trouble and they sorted out our return journey to the mainland easily. There is building going on right in front of the hotel for a new resort and water park. DIdn't interfere with our trip but will be interesting to see how it changes the feel of the area once completed.

Amazing central location, lovely staff and service. Breakfast was made to order and nice. Highly recommend. Very quiet rooms, good air conditioning
