Great location, plenty of restaurants and cafes around. Nice clean hotel, with a good breakfast selection, eggs pancakes, noodles, fruit etc. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great value for money

Ms Minh Ngoc was great and helped us with returning to Hai Phong when the ferries were cancelled. She was very helpful and we loved the hotel. We will definitely return!

Overall we had a good stay. Staff was really amazing and friendly, they let us check in at 9 am in a bit bigger room, free of charge, which was lifesaving after the night bus. They also arranged airport transport for us to Cat Bi airport. They offer scooter rental as well and after we returned them in the afternoon they charged us only half the price of one day rental. Laundry services are good, swimming pool at the rooftop was also great place to chill in the evening. Breakfast was all right with many choices.

Sand Hotel was a great place to stay, clean and tidy, the rooftop pool was fantastic to cool off in after a day of exploring Cat Ba.
