Mr Kent was really friendly and nice, always wanting to know about your day and helping you to book or plan any activity that you wanted. He helped me book deep water soloing, scooter rental and a bus to Hanoi for good prices. The beds were comfy and the shower had hot water. The included breakfast was good enough. The location was perfect. Close to everything you need

The location is very convenient, close to restaurants, shops and the beaches. Kent (Toan) and his girlfriend were great, welcoming and very kind. He helped us with everything we needed, booking the cruise in Lan Ha bay, renting a motorbike and booking the bus tickets for our next destination. They were both very reactive to our needs
