Very cute very clean with such nice bungalows, the staff is very helpful very nice very welcoming for everything you need the food is amazing they provide breakfast with a lot of choices, I recommend 100% it was perfect 10/10

The room was beautiful, with an amazing view. The bed was comfortable, which was a nice surprise after the very hard beds we've had. The owner was very helpful and involved. He helped us every step of our stay with ensuring we had the best experience. We were very happy to stay here.

We had a great stay at Joystay - thank you very much! Minh (the host) was super helpful and organised transport to and from Hanoi straight to Joystay. The cabin itself was lovely - everything was as described and the AC was good. The free breakfast and tea set us up for the day well and we rented a moped from Joystay so it was easy to get to and from town. Overall it was very good value for money. Thanks again Minh - you were great!

Huts were beautiful, a little paradise. Good choice of food and drinks in restaurant. Staff were very helpful and kind. Pillows were very comfortable!
