The hotel has a beautiful view. The service quality is excellent, and the staff is friendly and warm. I was very pleased with my experience here during my business trip to Haiphong. I will definitely return next time when I travel with my family.

The hotel was adequate for what I needed for a couple of nights. Location was good, near to some restaurants The room was clean and comfortable. Wifi was excellent. Staff were courteous and kind There was a lot of construction going on, on the beachfront, which meant that the view on that side was not great at all. Surprised by other reviews saying that the view was great, when actually it was a building site. Hopefully in future years, there will be an amazing view, particularly of the sunset. A safe was available, although needed a key which house keeping provided once I informed them of the lack of key. Breakfast was adequate, with a small amount of choice from a menu. C
Des “False advertising”

We booked a sea view, and we were not advised us that the sea view was a construction site and that there were renovations to the premises. The breakfast was horrible, and there was nothing like the pictures on the site. The breakfast area looked like a construction site. Definitely false advertising. The staff try and make the best of a bad situation. Will not be returning.
