This is an exceptional hotel with friendly and professional staff. The breakfast was wonderful, rooms were comfortable, and we really felt at home there. They also organised the perfect Lan Ha Bay tour for us and transport back to Hanoi.

Awesome quiet spot up the hill on main section but in a quiet side road. Rooms were superb and cleaned daily. Staff very attentive. Breakfast really good.
