Linda, the hotel receptionist, helped me arrange a birthday cake for my husband when I requested it in advance. I was very pleased that she remembered my reminder.

Linda, the hotel receptionist, was very lovely, spoke good English, and helped us a lot. We made a mistake with the name on our booking, but she was understanding. She also helped me with laundry, and it took only 5-6 hours to have clean, fresh clothes ready. The hotel is new and offers breakfast options for vegetarians.

When I arrived at the hotel in the afternoon, the receptionist, Linda, introduced us to a sunset cruise tour. It was truly a worthwhile experience, we watched the sunset, kayaked, and enjoyed a wonderful dinner on the boat.

I booked a room for two days, but I had to check out and urgently return to Hanoi. The staff helped me book a ticket, and we were able to depart just one hour after asking the receptionist. They offer pickup and drop-off services at the hotel and other tourist spots.
