My stay at Eco Hotel was truly first-class from start to finish. The room was gorgeous, with a stunning view of the limestone karsts, waking up to that scenery felt magical. The bed was super comfortable, the hot water always reliable, and the whole space spotless. Breakfast was tasty and fresh, the location unbeatable for exploring Cát Bà, and the staff were simply the best, so kind, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. This hotel is the perfect mix of comfort, beauty, and warm hospitality. I can’t recommend Eco Hotel enough, I’d come back in a heartbeat!

Very modern Hotel, with very comfortable rooms. The boat tour to Halong bay was great. The receptionist was very motivated.

Friendly reception. Great price. Not far from the beach and quiet at night so slept good.
