The "palafito" house is really lovely. They kept an old-time ambience that matches the beauty of the house and the view from the dining room. There is a place to park (only for 2 vehicles though). Staff was friendly and solution oriented. The location is unbeatable, and encourages you to explore Castro by foot.

Size of the room was great!. Comfortable, spacious, cosy and with a magnificent view. Lounge and food for breakfast was fantastic.

Beautiful areas inside and out to relax with a drink. Doubles as breakfast area and the breakfast was excellent with good quality fresh fruit, plain and fruit yogurt, strong coffee, eggs cooked to order and many other items on offer. Generally everything was of a higher quality than many other places we’ve stayed during our 2 month (so far) visit to Chile. M Beautiful, tasteful decoration in this unique palafito.

Beautifully positioned on the water and views from the top front room are stunning. I didn’t want to leave it. Convenient location for short (uphill) walk to bus station and centre of town. Really good breakfast and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice places to eat nearby.
