I have stayed before and it was lovely to be able to return. The food is delicious, had an evening meal and a lovely full English breakfast. Ideally located for walks in the peaks. Comfy bed and pillows.

Great location for a 2 day meet up with a friend to hike. Staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. Room was fairly basic but clean and we had everything we needed. The pub offered a really good breakfast which was included and the evening meal we had there was delicious.
