Great value for money. Lady very friendly and hospitable. Spotlessly clean, Plenty of tea bags, coffee and water even biscuits. Shower items also there.

Good location for donnington park race circuit. Warm welcome from owner on arrival. Good comms and advice re local eateries. The owner said they could accommodate parking for a car with a trailer, which ,with a bit of juggling, we probably could have. Room and bathroom immaculate and well equipped. Very hot night, so we really struggled to sleep, but owners did everything possible to cool the room. Fan provided, cold water from fridge given on arrival. Generous quantity of products on hospitality tray. Good value for money. Comfy beds with good quality linen. Nice touches like full length mirror,magnifying mirror in room for make up etc.

Great friendly hosts who can advise on anything you'd like to do locally, make sure you ask and don't google I learnt! Clean and comfy room, house, bed and pillows; would definitely recommend and visit again.
