Emma “Great stop over walking Nar Valley Way.”

Great pub in Castle Acre for walkers or cyclists especially if you are walking the Nar Valley Way. Beer was good, breakfast was delicious and staff very friendly. Access to the castle is free and a great place to watch the sunset. Lots of space for storing cycles and Budgens in the village is perfect/open all hours for picking up snacks or sandwich for onward journey.

When looking for the location on google it said it was permanently closed so I was pleasantly surprised to find it open

Perfect location for walkers on Peddars Way or Nar Valley Way. Clean bedding, comfortable bed, hot shower, good food in the pub.
