Very cute house, with nice terrace, balcony, in a quite area, clean kitchen, toilets were as well clean. We loved it there.

The host was caring and helpful. Everything was arranged in advance - key could be collected from the box, so arrival at any time is convenient. The property is fantastic, with lots of free space on terrace, ground floor and 2 balconies. Ideal for up to 6 people, could host additional 2 on the sofa - living space is not an issue; one can stay away from the group or have fun together. Very well equipped kitchen, outdoor grill, spacious terrace, everything ready for relaxation. Washing machine is a big help for longer stays. Parking space inside property could accommodate 2 cars; for bigger vehicles there is town parking just around the corner. Community trash containers 5 minutes on foot. The location is perfect - close to highway, so an easy access to/from airport. Very close to both Maspalomas and huge shopping center complexes but still in the quiet, cozy town at the seaside. 2 minutes walk from natural swimming pools (or stony beach for the die-hard fans). A few nice bars and restaurants just behind the corner. Big playground for kids or football/basket areas for adolescents are located close by. Many opportunities for rod fishing (locals are doing it every night). Quite easy access to the south and center of the island.

The owners contacted us the day before our flight with helpful directions to the villa as the final step of the directions on Google maps is slightly wrong (the turning they suggest you take is a No through road so just take the next one!) it took approx 20 mins from the airport and we were met by a nice man called Pablo who gave us a guided tour and 2 sets of keys for our stay. The Villa is great, very spacious, with pretty much everything you could wish for. Useful having a toilet on both floors and also a washing machine. The boiler is good and all our showers were hot! Bed linen, towels and toiletries were provided and also a washing up kit and tea towels. The master bedroom bed is very comfortable and very large and it’s lovely to be able to walk straight out onto the patio. The other two bedrooms also had comfy beds (a double upstairs and a single downstairs) Kerbside parking is available directly outside the front of the Villa or if you prefer you can park right outside the front door on the gated driveway. The free WiFi is great although it isn’t too strong upstairs, it never dropped out in the downstairs areas which was a bonus. There is a TV in the lounge with English speaking programmes on Chanel 6 and the Disney Channel on 30. The owners kindly allowed us to stay a little longer than the 11am check out as our flight wasn’t til 6pm We were a family of 5, 2 adults and 3 teenagers (14, 15 and 16 yrs).
