Due to the persistent drought due to the lack of rain in the South and East of Spain, the authorities have ordered some restrictive measures, including the closure of swimming pools, both public and private, until further notice. This concerns all communities and urbanizations in the area.
Fortunately the urbanization is right on the beach, and the sea is always healthier and much better than a swimming pool.This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.

Great handover by Angel. Amazing location near to the harbour restaurants and bars, walking distance to the beach plus the many of number of on site pools. Parking outside and underground, AC in the room, which was a nice spacious studio apartment. We were on the main road side and you wouldn't even know, could hardly hear it. A good spot for this area.
