The location was fantastic - it was a short walk into the old town, or in the other direction to the beach, and the neighbourhood was wonderfully quiet. The view out over the see was amazing too, particularly on the night when we had a thunderstorm and could watch it from the terrace. We'd definitely like to come back in the summer!

This house was really a great place to stay with a magnificent view over Pescaia and the sea with the sunset just in front of the terrace and the beach. It was a short 10 min walk both down to the beach and to the old town with its restuarants, shops and bars. Everything that you need was in the house regarding kitchenware, towels, beddings, etc. We enjoyed very much the house and its location. Great to be able to park on the property next to the house.

Spacious apartment with a lovely terrace in a great location, just a 5 min walk to the historic castle and old town. Comfy beds with aircon in both main bedrooms. The town is lovely with great restaurants and good beaches near by
