The property was beautiful .The hosts and staff were the best and we enjoyed our stay .The grounds and swimming pool were very well kept .The food was amazing and were made to feel very welcome .

We had a lovely stay at Villa Schiatti. The food at breakfast and at the restaurant for dinner was all delicious. The setting is exactly what you want for a Tuscan villa - lovely old-worldly courtyard and stunning views of the countryside. The rooms feel old fashioned but not in a bad way - as to be expected as they are part of an old building - still fine and comfortable. The staff were great - very helpful and friendly.

We liked everything: our room in this lovingly maintained historical building, the friendly welcome with a glass of Prosecco on the terrace with the stunning view, the gorgeous swimming pool and of course the excellent food served at Villa Schiatti's own (reasonably priced) restaurant. Nearly forgot the breakfast - what a fabulous spread! Located right on the Via di Francisco, you can set out for interesting hikes right from the doorstep.
