After staying in lots of accommodation throughout Europe, this B&B was a breath of fresh air. New & modern, comfortable, secure and friendly service. We wanted to stay reasonably close to the airport but somewhere we felt safe to leave our heavy luggage in the car overnight. It’s a nice quiet area away from main roads. We loved that there was an outdoor area with lounges. The pool looked amazing, but chilly to use this time of year. The grounds are gardens were immaculate. We walked over to the golf club and were able to use the driving range without a booking (€25 pp incl balls which was reasonable). The host gave us restaurant recommendations which we used and really enjoyed. Breakfast was amazing and so plentiful, the spread looked like it was ready for a fully booked property but it was all laid out just for the 2 of us. We felt very pampered. Would definitely recommend.

The B&B is in a beautiful location surrounded by nature, not far from Bologna. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the breakfast is excellent. The room is lovely and very clean.

The pool is stunning, the house and everything around it is well maintained. I don't think I can find one thing that we did not love.

The room was really clean and breakfast was delicious. Very friendly people and overall a very nice stay. I believe that with good weather, you would enjoy the stay even more by looking at the beautiful view outside and enjoying nature around the stay.
