We loved everything about the property, lovely and clean, very comfortable bed, beautiful finishes , furniture, lovely kitchen , delicious breakfasts Ines was very helpful and made our stay exetremely enjoyble , the swimming pool wonderful , lovely walks around Castelo Novo, very good location

Miguel and Ines were so welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. We had dinner at Pedra Nova and the food on each night was superb; Miguel made me some delicious vegetarian meals. Our room was comfortable with lovely views. The atmosphere of the property is conducive to relaxing and we enjoyed chilling downstairs with the record player and a glass of wine. Recommended!

The Pedra Novo is a wonderfully and lovingly furnished hostel. Architecturally in keeping with the historic centre of Castello Novo, it is an absolute insider tip. The owner Miguel and his crew are very friendly and attentive.

There are places that just feel like home. A cosy place, decorated with love and sophistication, extensive garden with magic spots, trees with history, and salted swimming pool that entertain the kids through the ending evenings. Perfect location, just beside the castle, in the center of one of the most beautiful historic village. The host, Miguel, well, just like the house, simply amazing. Congratulations!
