We absolutely loved our stay at Cascina Allegria. We rented one apartment. My mum and young son shared the main bed in the bedroom - the bed was so comfortable and my partner and I slept in the main room which was also pretty comfortable considering it was a sofa bed. There are 3 apartments in total and there was only one other family staying on one night and the next day we had the whole place to ourselves. The swimming pool was divine and my son was in it for practically the whole day. The hosts are so welcoming and helpful and we felt at home. We ate in the apartment in the evening after stocking up on treats in Il Gigante super duper store. You have to try the farinata which is amazing! You definitely need a car to get around Piemonte but it is such a stunning part of Italy and the food and people are wonderful. The wifi in the apartment was also very good. We loved it here and we definitely wish to return again soon with the rest of the family.
