We had an amazing time in Paolas and Marios beautiful house! They welcomed us to their lovely and well-cleaned home with a tasty cake. They also helped us to make our vacation relaxing and comfortable, by finding the best spots in the village for good dinners and ice cream. The villa was located right beside the train station, and Paula and Mario helped us with the time table for the trains to Rome. The pool was cool and refreshing and the surroundings beautiful filled with Marios flowers! The patio was amazing for cozy dinners!! We truly recommend this house! 🏠

The premises are of a substantial size, which very comfortably accommodated our family of 5 (can easily accommodate 10 people). Paola, our host at the property, occupies a small private unit connected at the property with her husband and was readily available to attend to our needs. Paola and Mario were fantastic hosts, who welcomed us, showed us around the property on arrival and ensured complete privacy whist we were staying at the property, we did not even notice their movements. Paola baked a cake for us to consume on our arrival and even hosted for us a session showing us how to make fresh pasta from scratch and each of us had a go. The pasta tasted really great - thanks Paola!. The facilities at the property are excellent, the swimming pool was a great place for the family to relax, sunbathe and enjoy a dip in the pool especially given the unusually very warm weather we were enjoying. It's a great location from which to visit a number of sites but you do need a car for that. There are a few restaurants which can be easily reached by car and Paola will happily recommend and make bookings on your behalf.

The villa was so beautiful and made for the most relaxing stay. There is so much space to enjoy and utilise all home comforts, making it very homely! Our luggage was lost and Paola went *above and beyond* to help us locate the luggage on our behalf whilst we were able to enjoy our holiday, which she managed to locate for us, so grateful! This family home is stunning, we feel lucky to have found it. The train was ideal, it took 50 minutes to get into Rome allowing us to escape the City to this beautiful home. The food recommendations given were brilliant too, enjoying the area through the lens of a local is a real treat. Double Zero was our favourite place to eat! The flowers in the grounds were beautiful too, the villa is so well cared for. Paola was the most helpful and accommodating host, thank you so much for making our visit very special.

The house is absolutely beautiful inside and out and has everything you need for a great stay. There were eight of us and the house was more than big enough to accommodate us all. We loved spending time by the pool area but there were lots of great places for all of us to enjoy sitting outside together. The house itself is located just a short walk from the train station and the town where there are a good restaurants/bakery/gelateria etc. Paola and Mario were fantastic hosts and were always on hand to help. They went over and above to make sure we had a great stay, from the moment of booking through to organising our transport to the airport at the end of our stay. So pleased we booked this place and cannot recommend it highly enough!
