Located on a family-owned farm, you have your own little house on two floors next to the family's house. two bedrooms on the lower floor and two bathrooms (one on each floor). Bathrooms fully functioning with hot water available all the time with high pressure. Soap available but you have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. Well-equipped kitchen with toaster, stove, salt, pepper, tea, coffee and others.but no microwave or dishwasher. Amazing hosts Gabriel and his son were kind enough to drive us home when we had a flat tyre. Surrounded by beautiful Tuscan hills, lots of olive trees and vines. Lower floor has two bedrooms and a sitting area. Upper flower has kitchen and dining area and a garden! That's because the house is located on a slope so the upper floor is also a ground floor with a lovely outside sitting area where we enjoyed breakfast surrounded by nature. Look out for fireflies at night which were a great surprise to us as we'd never seen them before. Clean bedsheets and towels. Private parking available and host quickly replied to all our messages and calls. Reasonably situated for drives to Florence, Siena, Volterra, Monteriggioni, San Gimignano... a short drive away there is a coop, restaurant and gas station. Easy and quick chec-in and check-out. Good internet connection.

The view is exceptionally wonderful. The place is in between of Florence and Siena, very convenient and far from main road, very quiet. Host is very kind and gentle. His products are also outstanding among Chianti’s wines.
