Everything was excellent. Baby kitchen on top for being so useful and the staff in the restaurant was amazing and helpful. Viviana and Chiara did show how much they care about customer service.

Good for holidays with kids who enjoy to participate in different varieties of programs. If you don't need/want this you still have to pay for. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Nice swimming pools and great sports infrastructure. We were a little bit astonished about the poor English knowledge apart from the staff at the reception.
