The location was excellent and just what we needed. If driving in the area for the first time, not recommended to do very late at night as the roads are winding and steep and phone sat nav likes to send you up the tracks rather than the road. The views are amazing and the local wildlife diverse. It was stag rutting time, and we could hear them around the valley, The boars were out with their piglets and we even saw an otter on a local river.
