Beautiful place, direct view on the lake. From our room, we could not reach the balcony directly (only accessible from outside) but this was not a problem. Wer hat a small issue with the parking place at the arrival, but it was very fast solved thanks to Naomi.

Location is beautiful. However you need to know that it's 10 minutes from both the bus stop and the rubbish bin you have to use (sounds crazy but seems to be a common arrangement in Lugano). Also the nearest food shop is in town a short bus ride away. We were happy there but it wouldn't suit everyone.

Great location close to the city, with incredible views of the lake and a nice balcony. The room was cosy and had everything we needed.

Very clear instructions! They are super understandable. Location was great and the private parking spot was okay. We loved the olive trail that’s attached to the apartment (look it up on komoot) fast response of the owner/manager
