Brooks “A pleasant, very well located hotel for visiting Caserta's spectacular Royal Palace”

The location is the best possible in Caserta for visiting the Royal Palace. This was why we chose it. The hotel is comfortable, and Emma on the front desk went out of her way to help solve a problem we had--much appreciated. Breakfast was OK, but staff need to learn how to make tea, i.e., not hot tap water brought in a teapot with no lid, with teabag sitting on a side plate! I know it's not Italian culture, but this is supposedly an international hotel. Room was quite spacious and quiet.

Really helpful flexible staff arranged early check-in and upgraded us to a junior suite, with the most amazing shower. Hotel well situated for the railway station and ver close to the palace. Breakfast was fine.
