The hotel certainly has the wow factor . On arrival the reception area is stunning and luxurious . Plenty of parking and the welcome warm and efficient . We booked a superior room but were upgraded to a junior suite which was a lovely surprise . The suite was huge and very comfortable . Breakfast was good , plenty of choice . Bar area was particularly nice , lots of comfy seating . Great staff .

The Spa is amazing. Also we got a room with a big terrace and the breakfast we served there was one of the highlights of our stay.
