The fine print
When booking 10 or more rooms, please note the following conditions apply : full upfront prepayment, non-amendable and also non-refundable in case of cancellation.Please note that guests must be at least 16 years of age in order to be allowed to access and use all the SPA facilities. All Spa services including the Thalassotherapy circuit require a booking with advance (the Spa team must be contacted to do so). The Thalassotherapy circuit includes use of the treatment pool, turkish bath and sauna and costs 20€ per person, per access. The hotel does not have an indoor swimming pool.The Spa is open daily, however on festive dates and bank holidays the opening times might be limited or the facilities might even be closed. Please contact the hotel directly for more details.Please note that late check-out subject to availability and additional charges.Children aged 11 and below are not allowed in the Belvedere Ristorante area.Hotel guests are welcome to enjoy complimentary coffee at any of the bars on site.Please note that between 01/08/2025 to 31/08/2025 the following facilities are unavailable: The Thalassotherapy circuit and Turkish bathPlease note that Sauna will be unavailable from 01/08/2025 to 31/08/2025.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Room and location both excellent. The staff were also fantastic. Nuno was particularly superb - a class act.

The staff made our holiday extra special, we were treated so very well by all we came in contact with. The food was excellent & sitting on the patio of the regular dining room for diner was so good we never even tried the expensive restaurant. Whe hope to return someday

The hotel is in a great location of Cascais, everything is walkable. Breakfast is really good, plenty of choices but I had hoped for some items cooked to order instead of being on warming plates, things like pancakes and french toasts were often cold. The staff was helpful, very friendly and attentive.
