Very helpful and accommodating agent/owner. Beautiful accommodation providing everything needed for a comfortable stay, well stocked kitchen. Lovely touches of a bottle of wine, chocolates on the bed side tables, sweets and nuts in the living room. Plenty of coffee pods for the coffee machine. Great courtyard to sit in for breakfast, very private. Ideally positioned for everything, supermarket, restaurants, cafes, markets, beaches. Train and bus station within 5 mins walk plus a taxi rank close by. Extra towels on site if needed as well as beach towels, parasol and umbrellas.

Absolutely PERFECT location. Close to everything and the beach. Nice fridge and washing machine etc. Nice touch were the sweeties and wine and Pastei de Nata as a welcome. Nice little outside courtyard to have breakfast.

The location was fabulous. Everything was within walking distance. Safe and secure apartment. Option to self-cater or dine out (There is an abundance of restaurants and cafes in Cascais). A lovely garden over the road (Jardim Visconde de Luz) which had a great little kiosk to enjoy coffee. I had the ground floor apartment which comes with a peaceful private courtyard (enjoyed relaxing in this daily). The apartment is well maintained exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Had everything that one could possibly need. Including extra blankets should they be needed. Bed was very comfortable. Airconditioning is also a benefit. The doors & windows also provide good natural airflow. It was lovely opening the french style doors in the bedroom to take in the outlook of the courtyard. The doors have shutters - which were not only aesthetically charming but they were functional. Henrique is a fabulous & helpful host. He will point you in the right direction for key places; trains, minimarkets, historic sites etc. Henrique has included modern comforts without taking away from the character and charm of this grand old historic apartment. Upon request Henrique will organise transfers (for an additional cost). As a solo female traveller flying into Lisbon late in the day l was grateful for assistance with this service. Check in was thorough and straightforward. I would stay again & highly recommend it to others. Ground floor: Particularly good for those who may find stairs difficult.
