Francesco and Sylvia are wonderful hosts. They were incredibly kind and helpful. The house is beautiful and my room was lovely. Breakfast was delicious and the whole house is very clean. I can’t wait to return :)

It’s á beautiful place and the staff was so nice and welcoming. I loved the room, the place is beautifully decorated and clean. I really want to go back and stay longer. Definitely recommend!

The property is in a lovely location in Casale Marittimo, with great views over the surrounding countryside. It is located in a narrow street, with the possibility to park the car for 10 minutes while you load or unload your luggage. Inside are 2 levels of rooms and I opted for ground floor without having to climb any stairs. The manager, Francesco was extremely helpful, with my luggage, with my request for an early breakfast and with helping me down the tricky steps down to the breakfast room. Casale Marittimo feels like undiscovered Tuscany, and is a lovely destination.
